What is the National Insurance Brokerage?
A Saudi insurance brokerage licensed by the Insurance Authority. It provides insurance solutions for establishments and individuals, including vehicle, medical and marine insurance and more, with over 15 years of experience in the Saudi insurance market.
What does an insurance broker do, and how is it different from an insurer?
The insurer issues the policy and carries the risk. The broker represents the client: it studies the client's needs, requests offers from insurers, compares cover and price, then follows up issuance and claims on the client's behalf.
Is the company licensed?
Yes. The National Insurance Brokerage is licensed by the Insurance Authority in Saudi Arabia, and has also received final approval to practise electronic insurance brokerage through its digital platform, Amman.
Which types of insurance do you offer?
Vehicle insurance (third-party, comprehensive and fleet), group medical insurance, and marine and cargo insurance, plus other lines that can be requested through the quote form.
How many insurers do you work with?
We work with more than 20 insurers licensed in the Saudi market and compare their offers to recommend the best fit in cover and price.
How does my company request a quote?
Fill in the quote request form on the Contact page: company name, type of insurance, expected start date, region, mobile number and email. Our team then contacts you to complete the details.
Do you serve individuals?
Yes. Individuals are served online through Amman (ammn.com.sa), the company's platform.
What is Amman?
Amman is the National Insurance Brokerage's digital platform for electronic insurance brokerage. It offers insurance services to individuals and companies through digital channels.
Do you help with claims after the policy is issued?
Yes. Our role does not end when the policy is issued. Our team follows up your claims with the insurer and answers your questions throughout the policy period.
Which regions do you serve?
We serve establishments in every region of Saudi Arabia: Central, Western, Eastern, Northern and Southern. Our head office is in Riyadh.
What are your working hours?
Sunday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm.
